Under the management of former Switzerland boss Vladimir Petkovic, the task for Algeria is to become a more effective team when it comes to the clutch moments. A CAF Africa Cup of Nations qualifier perhaps doesn’t quite fall into that category but it still has the potential to show progress. They face an Equatorial Guinea side that have lost captain Emilio Nsue due to a FIFA ban over the fact he was illegally playing for the country. Juan Micha’s side have caused a few upsets in recent years but this is a tough test as they travel to the north of Africa and Algeria should come out on top here.
