PREDICTION

After a disappointing qualifying campaign, Czechia’s preparations for this tournament were underwhelming but performances had begun to quietly improve since the appointment of Ivan Hasek. They took the lead, albeit lost, against Portugal before hammering Georgia but only managing to earn a 1-1 draw in that game. Now they face a Turkey side that themselves were hammered by Portugal by three goals to nil after a 3-1 defeat of the Georgians that majorly flattered them and they were fortunate to get away with all three points in that game. Both teams scoring may be a good bet but there could well be value in siding with the Czechs here.
