PREDICTION

The reward for winning Group C will be heading into what is the more favourable side of the knockout stage draw and avoiding the likes of Germany, Spain and Portugal. England had the chance to win the group on Thursday but put in an extremely unconvincing and underwhelming performance to share a 1-1 draw with Denmark but there was still very little for them to actually worry about defensively and now the onus will be on improving the attack and the on-the-ball play that has been heavily criticised. Slovenia will know a draw will be enough to see them qualify for the knockout stages so sitting back deep and defending for their lives will be the order of the day. England should win but it is unlikely to be overly entertaining for the neutral.
