The final round of group stage fixture is always about the possibilities and permutations and there are a few permutations for this set of fixtures in Group D. If the Netherlands better France’s result against Poland then the Dutch will win the group and head into the more favourable side of the knockout stage draw, whilst Austria know that France failing to defeat Poland will mean they will win the group of they beat the Netherlands on Tuesday. Ronald Koeman’s Oranje have played some spritely stuff but Austria have arguably been the most enjoyable team to watch from a neutral perspective thus far. This has the potential to be very entertaining for the neutral with both teams scoring a good bet.
