PREDICTION
Spain and Croatia met at UEFA EURO 2012, UEFA EURO 2016 and UEFA EURO 2020 with the latter of those meetings being one of the all-time great games in UEFA European Championships football history as Spain defeated the Croats by five goals to three after extra-time. La Roja have a more direct style of football but remain in a 4-3-3 system with plenty of youngsters, such as 16-year-old Lamine Yamal, whilst Croatia are a very familiar unit under Zlatko Dalic. A low-scoring encounter between two sides that are renowned for taking care in possession would seem quite likely in what could be quite a cagey opening contest.
